Delete your account

You can delete your Jadehaven account inside the app or request deletion without installing it.

Delete in the app

1. Open Jadehaven and go to your account screen.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Choose Delete account, enter your current password, and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@jadehaven.app from your account’s registered email address with the subject Jadehaven account deletion. Tell us that you want your account and cloud save deleted. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Do not include your password.

What deletion removes

Your account, email and password hash, sign-in sessions, cloud save, and personal purchase material are removed from the active service. Account coins and associated unlocks become inaccessible. Minimal transaction records without an account link remain to prevent duplicate purchase grants. Restricted backup copies expire through the backup rotation.

This action cannot be undone. It does not request a refund from Apple or Google and does not automatically erase offline progress on every device. See the privacy policy for details.
